Oodama Okuri

Remixing a classic Japanese children's game about rolling a big red ball to the goal.

A camera shows your reflection live on a monitor in front of you. Your picture is taken, and the cutout falls into the level, becoming a solid object for the red ball to roll over.

By thinking quickly and positioning yourself cleverly, you guide the ball to the goal.

15 levels were made for this permanent installation in Bandai Namco's Tondemi Theme Park in Yokosuka, Japan, and was featured on popular entertainment show Gurunai.

Ningen Champagne Tower

A digital take on champagne towers from upscale restaurants and bars.

A camera shows your reflection live on a monitor in front of you. Your picture is taken, and the cutout falls into the level, becoming a human champagne glass.

You adapt your pose to the different glass designs and stack them in a tower. When the time runs out, the tower is filled with champagne, and you are scored based on shape, height and champagne amount.

This is a permanent installation in Bandai Namco's Kabukicho Tower Entertainment Bar in Tokyo, Japan.

Aya Blaze

High speed, zero-gravity racer with responsive controls and fluid gameplay.

Aya Blaze is a racing game demo that was shown at Nordic Game Show (Sweden), Bitsummit (Japan) and BIC Fest (Korea) in 2016. It features small ships going at very high speeds in a roller coaster like racing course. Articles were written by Famitsu and IGN.

Bubble Witch Saga 3 (Trailer)

Animated trailer that ended up influencing the actual product.

I didn't work on the game, but during my time in animation I helped bring this trailer to life. I received only the animated characters with no color or shading, and created the final look from scratch. To achieve a stylized faux-2D look, I used techniques from game development, such as matcaps and sobol filtering.
